When buying a home, it's easy to focus on the pretty stuff… The kitchen. The floors. The paint color. But the truth is...those things can all be changed. Here's what really matters more than the house itself:

  • The location (you can't move the house!)
  • The layout (does it actually fit your daily life?)
  • The neighborhood feel (not just how it looks online)
  • The commute + convenience to your routine
  • The long-term potential (resale matters-even now)

A home can be made beautiful… but it has to work for your life first. If you're house hunting, keep this in mind; it'll save you from falling for the wrong home.
