• Complete paperwork including disclosures.

• Review the individual property website, created specifically for your home on npdodge.com.

• Listing is added to Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

• Showings are held on your home.

• Written offer is presented to you by your Reeve Group REALTOR®.

• Purchase offer accepted, terms negotiated and inspections completed.

• Look for appraisal (ordered by lender), survey, or release of contingencies (if required).

• Escrow and title processed.

• Pack and get ready for move.
