Who is Empire Homes & Remodeling?
Tedd Leas, CEO of Empire Homes & Remodeling, Inc., has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, performing everything from framing to finish work. Tedd grew up in a construction family working on rentals for his parents and eventually working for an Omaha-area homebuilder to gain the knowledge and experience needed to become an expert in the new construction industry. Tedd has been building homes as Empire Homes & Remodeling for over 14 years. Tedd takes a hands-on approach with his homes and is seen working on almost every aspect of the build but in particular he performs the finish work, tiling and quality control on each and every project. Empire Homes builds in Nebraska and Iowa—within 50 miles of the Omaha area—with home prices ranging from $250,000 and up.

What Makes Empire Homes Different?
Tedd is a “hands-on” builder. He’s in front of the client at every step of the process—from the initial sit-down, to reworking plans, to construction process walk-throughs, and most importantly, the client selections. Empire Homes is truly a custom builder. Empire will work with you to “tweak” any of their existing plans or help you build a new plan from scratch to help meet your needs more efficiently.
