SHOWING CHECKLIST FOR SELLERS





To help make sure your home looks its best, here is a checklist of some important details to remember.


• Clear the driveway

• Clear debris away from the walk-way to home (snow, leaves, toys, bikes, etc.)

• Make all beds

• Put away all clothes

• Turn on all lights in the house including closets (if applicable)

• Open all window coverings

• Close toilet lids

• Put away all dishes

• Any unpleasant odors should be remedied

• Clean bathroom and kitchen countertops

• All steps should be free of clutter

• Pets should be gone or kenneled

• Put away any magazines, newspapers, paperwork, etc.

• Organize and put away toys

• Put all jewelry, cash and valuables away and out of sight
